The Official Michael Jackson Opus, a 400 page tribute to the King of Pop. The book will give the closest inside look to MJ's life ever and within the pages will be tons of photos and memories of his life, as well as "essays, illustrations and poetry, at least half of it exclusive — all handbound in leather and enclosed in a silk clamshell case."
Michael and his team were already in negotiations with the company to make the book when he died, so many of its contents have been personally supervised by him.
The book will be available as of December 7th with an asking price of $165.

Two new Morrissey box sets consisting of his solo material from 1988 until 1995 are set to be released.

Singles and B-sides including 'Suedehead', 'Everyday Is Like Sunday', 'Piccadilly Palare', 'Disappointed' and 'The More You Ignore Me The Closer I Get' are included in the seven-inch vinyl sets, both of which are housed in new lift-off-lid boxes (one of which can be seen in the picture on the right of the page).

The first set features ten chronological singles dating from 1988-1991, and is released on October 12. The second set is called 'The HMV/Parlophone Singles '91 – '95'. It comes out on November 2.

the lohans

i've been watching living lohan quite religously. the show is a train wreck (specially moma lohan) but i just cant stop watching the rise/inevitable fall of lil lohan. the younger sister of lindsay lohan, who oddly enough, looks 10 years older than her older sister. it's weird. anyway. u know u've all watched with pain wrenching awe everytime ali lohan goes into the studio to record a new song. we're all curious. turns out she can actually sing, to my surprise. she "dropped" her new single today. & i'll admit. i kind of like it. would i buy it? no. would i download it illegally from the internets, probably not. but its worth a listen. enjoi.
