things i could do without in 2008

sooo the new year is comming shortly.. and theres some things that i would like to stay the same but there are even more things i wish would just go away for good!!!

and soo heres my list of things i could do without in 2008

1) metrosexuals... its good that we kinda cleaned up a little bit.. buuutt now its getting old and way too girly.. time to man up some..

2) the whole beanie on the back of the head thing... i must admit i was a fan when girls were first doing this.. buuuuuttt it just looks wierd now... its especially not cool when people love it so much that they have every possible color beanie hat to match every single outfit they own for summer and winter... and it seems like in the begining it just sat slightly pushed back, but now girls are pretty much fastening it to the back of their heads so that from the front they can still wear their hair normal.. i dont get it

3) leggings... read number 2 (above) and just put in "leggings"

4) criss angel's hair and jewelry.. i dont need to comment on it, im pretty sure youve all seen it

5) back-combing... how high do you seriously need your hair?? and sure it might look really good from the front, but the back of your head is one fuzzy tangled hair spray fused clump of messy hair... which isnt a good look

6) bad hair extentions... im not sure if really fake looking extentions are what some girls are going for?? ooorr they just cant afford good ones and have them put in by a professional??


7) "all natural" and "organic" food... its not so much the food that bothers me.. its the stupid people who think they are eating healthy because the huge box of double fudge chocolate ship cookie smores says "all natural" on the front of it... eating 2 organic pizza's is not better then eating one non organic pizza... youre still gonna be fat!

8) boys with flat ironed hair

9) talent competition shows... such shows as top chef, top designer, next iron chef, american idol, so you think you can dance, americas got talent, etc... i do enjoy some of the shows.. buut now theres like 5 cooking competition shows on 5 different networks, and they are all pretty much doing the same stuff... it kind of waters down the one that used to be good.. also some stuff shouldnt have a competition about it being held on television.. like do we really need one about magic?? or "the next great psychic"...

10) shows about young rich people... the problem with these shows besides the fact that they arent at all pleasurable to watch, but the fact that most of the kids on the show are bitches and assholes... im guessing because if makes for better tv then normal nice kids with good morals?? who knows..

11) you tube celebrities... cool you made some chick eat your shit, or you sang a funny song with a wierd hat on... i dont think by any means we should be treating these people like celebrities and giving them agents and their own pilots and interviews

12) people using recycled humor... thats probebly been the biggest one to happen this year... how many jokes can the world say about how bush is a horrible speaker or how brittany spears is a crazy person... buut i dont need to hear anymore jokes about how angelina jolie is adopting more kids... i get it! seriously... maybe we can find new subjects to make fun of...
i also think its lame that these people who keep saying these jokes feel like they are just now bringing it to your attention that paris hilton is slutty...

13) the "victoria beckham haircut"

15) TMZ maybe the most frustrating show ever on television... they follow lindsey lohan around all day and all night.. with a camera pushed 5 inches away from her face.. and then after 12 hours she gets mad and yells at them to go away.. and all of a sudden its on tmz.. "wow lindsey lohan freaks out at coffee bean! is she drinking again??"...

16) people not watching south park, flight of the conchords, curb your enthusiasm, or the office... everytime i ask if someone watch it.. they say no... or sometimes they say.. "no i dont know what that is"...they are the greatest television shows on! how am i suppossed to share in the enjoment of it with people if theyve never seen it!!!!??
